Let Us Come To You - 0114 229 3388A home assessment is when we visit you at home to assess your needs and suitability for a product. It gives you an opportunity to see and try a product in your own environment, and you are able to test drive items such as scooters and wheelchairs.
We spend time ensuring we understand your goals and to make sure the product you require will work within your environment.
We may also take measurements for bespoke made-to-order products such as active user wheelchairs or rise and recline chairs. Because these are tailored to fit you, it is important we get the sizing right.
A survey is where we visit your home to assess for a home adaptation - which sometimes requires intrusive alteration such as level access showering.
Our surveyors will take time to understand your personal needs and ensure your home is safe and suitable for the alterations to take place.
A stairlift survey requires measurement of your stairs, checking for any obstructions, and assessing the user's ability to manage the lift.
