A compact, indoor-outdoor powered wheelchair offering reliable, smooth drive - a reassuring first step into electric wheelchair use for Sheffield residents.
A compact, indoor-outdoor powered wheelchair offering reliable, smooth drive - a reassuring first step into electric wheelchair use for Sheffield residents.
The R20 is a compact powered wheelchair that earns its place by being genuinely useful without being complicated. It drives smoothly on indoor floors, handles standard outdoor pavements with confidence, and is manoeuvrable enough to navigate the narrower corridors and smaller rooms that real home environments present. For users in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire who are transitioning to an electric wheelchair for the first time, the R20's straightforward joystick control and predictable handling make the learning curve gentle. It doesn't feel like too much chair to manage, and the range on a full charge is practical for everyday use - shopping, visiting family, outings in the local area. The seat is comfortable for several hours of use, and the chair's proportions mean it fits through most standard doorways without difficulty. If you're a first-time powered wheelchair user, or supporting a family member who is considering an electric wheelchair in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, the R20 is worth putting at the top of your list to try.
