We will deliver your product and carry out a full assessment to ensure it is correctly fitted, suitable for your needs and abilities, and meets the required safety and performance standards. A specialist delivery team will transport the items, bring them into your chosen room, carefully unpack them, remove and dispose of all packaging materials, demonstrate how to use the product, and ensure you are satisfied before leaving.
50-mile delivery radius: Due to the nature of some of our products, we restrict delivery to within 50 miles of our Orgreave Drive head office. This allows us to provide effective installation and after-sales support. This applies to: Mobility Scooters, Stairlifts, Riser Recliners, Specialist Wheelchairs and Powerchairs.
