The Canterbury is a refined and comfortable rise and recline chair, ideal for customers who want traditional style with all the benefits of modern assisted living technology.
There's something quietly reassuring about the Canterbury rise and recline chair. Its traditional silhouette, with gently sloping arms and a neatly upholstered back, sits beautifully in any living room - while the electric riser recliner mechanism underneath works hard to keep you safe, comfortable, and independent. At the press of a button, the Canterbury reclines smoothly for rest, and rises carefully to help you to your feet with minimal effort on your part. This is especially reassuring for customers in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire living with arthritis, Parkinson's, or reduced leg strength, where getting up from a chair can feel like a real challenge. The Canterbury's seat and back cushions are well padded without being overly soft, providing the right amount of support for extended periods of sitting. We warmly invite you to visit Clark & Partners — serving South Yorkshire, Rotherham and Derby to try the Canterbury and let our team help find your perfect chair.
We will deliver your product and carry out a full assessment to ensure it is correctly fitted, suitable for your needs and abilities, and meets the required safety and performance standards. A specialist delivery team will transport the items, bring them into your chosen room, carefully unpack them, remove and dispose of all packaging materials, demonstrate how to use the product, and ensure you are satisfied before leaving.
